Amazon in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead Outbound CX performance within the NACF Supply Chain Optimization team. You will shape S&OP plans, optimize network design, and influence cost-speed trade‑offs across the outbound network.

You will partner with planning, design, analytics and operations to execute mid‑ and long‑term strategies, model speed sensitivity, and stress test capacity during peak scenarios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outbound CX speed‑vs‑cost trade‑off framework, driving both tactical execution and strategic improvements to network delivery performance.
• Build and execute speed sensitivity and scenario models that quantify impact to speed and inform S&OP decisions.
• Work cross‑functionally to identify and implement process improvements that eliminate defects in outbound load‑balancing and plan adherence.
• Leverage SQL/Python to conduct root cause analysis and data‑driven experimentation at scale, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Develop metrics, early‑warning frameworks, and reporting that flag speed risk and contribute to QBRs at Director/VP level.
• Drive continuous improvement by creating scalable solutions that deliver richer end‑to‑end customer experience while balancing cost.
