Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to lead Supply Chain Execution within NACF Supply Chain Optimization.

This role owns end-to-end S&OP execution, ensuring the network operates to plan by managing flow of goods, capacity, and information across the fulfillment network. You will collaborate with planning, design, operations, and finance to drive large-scale initiatives in capacity management, logistics optimization, and operational efficiency, while balancing short-term needs with

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years of supply chain experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end S&OP execution performance with tactical and strategic improvements.
Monitor and optimize network capacity metrics for smooth goods flow.
Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Transportation, Finance, and Product teams.
Conduct root cause analysis using SQL/Python and scale findings to processes.
Develop scalable automation and processes to boost efficiency and customer experience.
Lead cross-functional capacity initiatives and report progress to Directors and VPs.
