Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to identify, develop and integrate innovative solutions for the North American transportation network. Based in Austin, TX, you will analyze delivery performance across the network and lead improvement programs from inception to implementation.

You will build stakeholder relationships, address transportation design, and develop clear requirements for process changes in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 1+ years of supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
• Experience in MS Access and SQL.
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document.

Responsibilities

• Aligning transportation needs and network design across multiple programs and carriers.
• Cooperating and influencing internal and external process stakeholders.
• Implementing of cross-functional process changes in a matrix organization.
• Articulating clear business and technical requirements to affect process changes.
