Job summary

Amazon’s NA Supply Chain team seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of innovative supply chain solutions in Austin, TX. The role focuses on creating a seamless flow of packages across the Amazon network to enhance the fulfillment experience and drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years of supply chain experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Build mechanisms and define metrics to continuously evaluate and improve inbound and outbound connectivity of the storage and distribution network.
Partner with Product Manager, Research Scientist, Operations, and Finance to evaluate different connectivity strategies.
Identify process gaps through deep dive of metrics and make operational improvements (e.g., automation, self-service, etc.).
Conduct independent research to identify supply chain inefficiencies, recommend solves, and influence partner teams to prioritize and execute.
