Job summary

The Senior Supply Chain Manager for Amazon leads Outbound Customer Experience (CX) Performance within NACF Supply Chain Optimization, shaping S&OP plans and network design to balance speed and cost across the outbound network.

You will partner with planning, design and analytics teams to execute mid-to-long-term strategies, quantify FC utilization and lane configurations, and enable leadership with data-driven speed-vs-cost trade-offs during planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years of owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Outbound CX speed-vs-cost trade-off framework, driving both tactical execution and strategic improvements to network delivery performance
• Build and execute speed sensitivity and scenario models (BAU-to-Peak ramp, connectivity changes, regional stress testing) that quantify impact to 1D/2D speed and inform S&OP decisions
• Work cross-functionally with planning, design, operations, and analytics teams to identify and implement process improvements that eliminate defects in outbound load-balancing and plan adherence
• Leverage SQL/Python to conduct root cause analysis and data-driven experimentation at scale, translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
• Develop metrics, early-warning frameworks, and reporting that flag speed risk proactively—contributing to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) at the Director/VP level
• Drive continuous improvement by creating scalable solutions that deliver a richer end-to-end customer experience while balancing cost
