Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Environmental, Health & Safety in a manufacturing/operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide EHS leadership for Sherman Plant Operations.
• Develop and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures per regulatory and MESH requirements.
• Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation actions.
• Ensure compliance with air, water, wastewater, storm water permits and other safety concerns.
• Foster a zero-incident EHS culture through engagement and training.
