Job summary

Thermal Transfer Products is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead materials planning, logistics, and fulfillment. You will drive on-time delivery, inventory turns, and continuous improvement in a low-volume, high-mix engineered-to-order environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams, focusing on material flow, procurement strategy, and data-driven decision making to optimize total cost and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, SCM, Engineering or related field required; MBA a plus.
• 7+ years in supply chain leadership, including planning, inventory, logistics, procurement and SIOP/S&OP.
• 5+ years managing direct reports in a multi-national manufacturing environment.
• Experience building integrated supply chain and sourcing strategies with cost modeling.
• Lean training required; CPSM/CPIM/CSCP or related certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Supply Chain, Planning, Shipping, Receiving and Warehouse.
• Improve lead times, costs, cash flow and service by analyzing flow of goods.
• Participate in local SIOP/S&OP process balancing revenue, service and total cost.
• Manage material planning, inventory, logistics, and material flow to align with production.
• Align demand with manufacturing and supplier capacity to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs on inventory accuracy, availability, freight costs, and on-time delivery.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage 3PL relationships for cost vs. service.
• Develop multi-year sourcing strategy to reduce total cost and tariff exposure.
• Maintain ERP data and prepare consolidated management reports for total cost optimization.
• Plan budgets, forecasting, and resource planning in line with objectives.
