Job summary

Thermal Transfer Products in Racine, WI, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead MP&L, procurement, and logistics in a low-volume, high-mix environment. You will drive material flow, inventory optimization, and strategic sourcing with a collaborative, data-driven approach.

The role requires 7+ years of leadership in supply chain within manufacturing, strong ERP and Excel skills, and a track record of reducing costs while improving delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership in multi-national manufacturing.
• 5+ years managing direct reports and large-scale operations.
• Experience building integrated supply chain and sourcing strategies including category management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, logistics, and planning processes; analytical mindset.
• Lean training; certifications preferred (CPSM/CPIM/CSCP).
• Proficient with ERP systems and advanced Excel; ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Supply Chain, Planning, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse departments.
• Identify and implement processes to improve lead times, costs, cash flow and service.
• Participate in SIOP/S&OP process balancing revenue, service, cash flow and total cost.
• Manage material planning, inventory control, logistics, and material flow operations.
• Align demand with manufacturing and supplier capabilities to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory optimization to reduce excess and improve turns.
• Lead supplier negotiations and 3PL relationships to balance cost and service.
• Plan budgets, forecasting, and resource planning aligned with plant objectives.
