Job summary

States Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Procurement Lead to lead quoting, sourcing, expediting, and onboarding in a fast-paced ETO manufacturing environment. This role drives supplier performance, mitigates supply risks, and partner cross-functionally to ensure cost, quality, and delivery requirements are met while supporting the company's rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for a fast-paced ETO environment and support complex projects.
• Own RFQ and quoting process including supplier selection, quote analysis and lead-time validation.
• Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, capacity and responsiveness.
