Amazon for AWS Cloud Logistics (ACL) is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end process improvements, capacity planning, and the supply chain for PAC equipment across North America and Latin America. The role focuses on standardizing LSP operations, coordinating with technology teams on scalable systems, and serving as the primary ACL contact for PAC site teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in logistics operations, transportation, or related field
• 3+ years of logistics operations experience
• Experience in process design and documentation
• Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis
• Experience developing and implementing KPI goals and strategies
• Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets for decision-making

Responsibilities

• Drive process standardization across PAC warehousing and transportation, ensuring handoffs and compliance meet AWS standards across all LSPs
• Own the full damage and claims lifecycle from custody to financial resolution
• Develop capacity planning models aligning NALA warehouse storage and lanes with PAC's growth
• Enforce consistent performance standards across multiple LSPs with standardized processes and reporting
• Define, enforce, and audit end-to-end transportation and warehousing KPIs in the PAC space
• Partner with technology and data teams on scalable systems design to reduce provider-specific reporting
• Establish LSP onboarding with the PAC implementation team including ASN labeling and compliance
• Serve as the ACL point of contact for PAC site teams, partners, and Global Supply Managers
• Lead reporting cadences and business reviews on supply health and corrective actions
