Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain for PAC equipment in the North America and Latin America region. You will drive process standardization across warehousing and transportation, manage damage/claims, and build capacity planning aligned with PAC growth.

You will partner with tech teams on scalable systems and serve as the primary ACL contact for site teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field.
• Experience in logistics, operations, or transportation.
• 3+ years of logistics operations experience.
• Experience designing processes and documenting them.
• Experience troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Experience developing KPI goals and strategies aligned to org goals.
• Experience building financial and operational reports/data sets.
• Experience with capacity planning and demand forecasting in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive process standardization across PAC warehousing and transportation.
• Own the damage and claims lifecycle from custody to resolution.
• Develop capacity planning models aligning warehousing, lanes, and onboarding.
• Enforce performance standards across multiple LSPs with standardized processes.
• Define and audit end-to-end transportation and warehousing KPIs.
• Partner with tech and data teams on scalable systems design.
• Establish LSP onboarding with the PAC implementation team.
• Serve as ACL point of contact for site teams and partners.
• Own reporting cadences and lead business reviews on supply health.
• Write documents and present at cross-functional reviews.
• Mentor team members and act as escalation point.
• Drive team culture, hiring, and COE review processes.
