Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end process improvement, capacity planning, damage/claims, and supply chain for PAC equipment supporting AWS data center builds in North America and LATAM.

The role focuses on standardizing LSP processes, partnering with technology teams, and serving as the AWS-facing lead for PAC site teams and partners. The ideal candidate brings deep supply chain expertise, experience managing third-party logistics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain management, planning, sourcing, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive process standardization across PAC warehousing and transportation with AWS standards.
• Own damage and claims lifecycle from custody to financial resolution.
• Develop capacity planning models aligning warehouse capacity, lanes, and onboarding with PAC growth.
• Define and audit KPIs for end-to-end transportation and warehousing in PAC.
