Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, or related field.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, Quicksight.
Experience in high-volume manufacturing or sourcing environments.

Responsibilities

Own transportation within NALA, establishing workflows, procedures, and metrics.
Manage a team of transportation specialists, coordinating day‑to‑day operations to deliver shipments on time and with high quality.
Communicate with carriers, internal customers, and cross‑functional teams across the supply chain.
Analyze data (Excel, SQL), publish performance metrics, and present to senior leadership.
Define and drive accountability for transportation KPIs based on trends and data.
Shape last mile strategy, resolve escalations, and fix defects at root cause.
Create scalable SOPs; drive automation and process simplification with partners.
Lead projects and program-manage regional/global operational priorities.
