Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist for its Global M&A Capability. You will advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and enterprise transformations with a focus on supply chain value and risk.

You will partner with leadership to shape strategy, lead delivery, and architect solutions across multiple industries and locations. You will collaborate with teams on platform landscapes, data migration, and transformation roadmaps, while leveraging AI tools and enterprise systems to

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
Experience leading client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
Delivery Lead and Solution Architect experience on the same or similar engagements.
Ability to switch between strategic leadership and hands-on technical design.

Responsibilities

Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration planning, and capability assessment.
Partner with client leadership to evaluate platform landscapes and identify synergies and costs.
Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technology with business value streams and GTM objectives.
Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities and risks.
