Job summary

Slalom in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain M&A Specialist to join our global team. You will advise clients on M&A readiness, integration planning, and enterprise capability assessment, driving strategic roadmaps and value across supply chain domains.

You will partner with executives, lead workshops, and shape architectures across ERP/CRMs such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Anaplan, while applying AI-enabled workflows to deliver outcomes for diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and/or M&A projects in a consulting environment.
• Track record of managing client-facing engagements from initiation through post-go-live support.
• Experience across multiple industries and client sizes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and supply chain strategy engagements focused on M&A readiness, integration/separation planning, and enterprise capability assessment.
• Partner with client leadership to evaluate enterprise platform landscapes and identify supply chain synergies, one-time and run costs, gaps, and transformation opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic roadmaps that align technology capabilities with business value streams and GTM objectives.
• Facilitate executive workshops to align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and integration sequencing.
• Plan merger-driven demand and supply planning consolidation, forecast harmonization, and S&OP integration.
• Conduct LOE analyses, complexity scoring, and risk assessments for enterprise initiatives.
