You will mentor staff, implement continuous improvement strategies, and ensure data accuracy in ERP systems like Netsuite. A strategic, results-driven leader with strong communication will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• 7+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, operations, or related field.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Ability to undergo driving record check.
• Experience managing supplier relationships.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality.
• Lead planning for procurement, production, inventory, and logistics.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships for best value.
• Oversee indirect purchasing and BOM material costs.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy and inventory reporting.
• Guide and mentor a team of purchasing and supply chain professionals.
