Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead planning, purchasing and logistics at our Bridgeport, MI site. You will drive S&OP, inventory strategies, and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency across make-to-stock and make-to-order products.

The role requires 8+ years in supply chain, strong leadership, and experience with ERP/MRP in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management required.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or sourcing.
• 4+ years of project leadership in supply chain development.
• 6+ years in contract and vendor management preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead site planning, scheduling, purchasing, and logistics.
• Own the site S&OP and supply planning processes monthly.
• Develop inventory strategies for raw, WIP, finished goods.
• Oversee master scheduling and capacity analysis across sites.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize M2M/ERP functionality.
