Job summary

BizLink is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in the United States (Michigan) to lead the global supply chain and strategic sourcing initiatives. You will manage the team, drive supplier relationships, and optimize inventories while ensuring compliance and cross-functional alignment with production planning and NPI.

The role requires a strong background in SCM, vendor management, ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Proven background in SCM with sourcing and vendor management.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office; advanced Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables).
• Market and production process knowledge; material flow, FIFO, Kanban, and cost analysis.
• Strong analytical, Kaizen, and time/self-management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; conflict resolution.
• Highly responsible, independent, and quality oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflow of the supply chain, including people management.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing to cut lead times and costs.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and freight firms; assess performance.
• Maintain supply continuity with timely POs and optimized inventories.
• Lead SRM activities using scorecards and business reviews.
• Collaborate with production planning and NPI.
• Establish metrics to balance continuity with cost.
• Monitor freight activity and assist with customs; ensure Export Control compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Code of Conduct and company policies; report risks.
• Analyze inventories to boost efficiency and profitability.
