CMS Energy is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Planning to lead the planning team and develop inventory models that optimize purchasing and stock levels across Michigan facilities. This role requires collaboration with senior leaders and a data-driven approach to forecasting and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in a related field and 7+ years in supply chain, with strong Excel and SAP skills, and a track record of Lean process improvements in an enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• 7+ years experience in supply chain, planning, or operations.
• Strong Excel and SAP knowledge; experience with end-to-end supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the supply chain planning team.
• Collaborate with Director to deploy resources and develop business cases for enhancements.
• Use data analytics to improve planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Implement framework, metrics, and goals for continuous improvement.
• Lead inventory strategy improvements and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Prepare clear reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
