Job summary

MS Companies is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Franklin, Indiana to lead end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics. You will drive supplier development, optimize material availability, and improve on-time delivery while guiding a team of supply chain professionals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in supply chain, experience in high-mix/low-volume manufacturing, and strong expertise in ERP-based planning, RFQs, andLean/Six

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years of progressive supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement, material planning, inventory, supplier management, and logistics.
• Develop and execute supplier strategies including RFQs, negotiations, and supplier development.
• Oversee inventory control, stock levels, cycle counts, and material availability.
• Manage supply and demand planning to support factory workflow and on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop buyers, planners, and material-handling staff with clear objectives.
• Monitor KPIs for quality, delivery, cost, inventory, safety, and productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer demand into production plans.
• Identify constraints and drive continuous-improvement initiatives for cost reduction and supplier performance.
