Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum five years of relevant supply chain or operations experience.
• Experience with materials planning, production scheduling, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Strong ERP/MRP systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply chain strategies related to production capacity, inventory targets, product mix, and demand management.
• Lead monthly sales, inventory, demand, and operations planning (S&OP) processes.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to inventory quality, on-time delivery, production, shipping, and fulfillment performance.
• Analyze customer demand and align production resources to support delivery requirements.
• Coordinate inventory builds, material movement, and contingency plans to mitigate supply risks.
• Monitor production plans and adjust schedules based on changing business and operational conditions.
• Manage warehousing, logistics, inventory planning, and material flow activities.
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, operations, and customer teams to ensure fulfillment expectations are met.
• Lead and develop supply chain and logistics personnel while fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain safe operations and ensure adherence to company procedures and standards.
