Job summary

LHH is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for a Direct Hire role with a manufacturing client in the Greater Indianapolis Area. You will lead end-to-end supply chain activities, including planning, scheduling, purchasing, sourcing and warehouse functions, partnering with executive leadership to drive performance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supply chain leadership in manufacturing, with experience in production planning, SIOP, supplier relationships, and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, business, engineering or operations.
• 5+ years of supply chain leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading production planning, scheduling and SIOP processes.
• Experience managing purchasing teams, supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
• Experience with global sourcing and international suppliers.
• Experience improving planning and scheduling processes in ERP environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain activities including planning, purchasing, scheduling and inventory management.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support growth.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with key suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance using scorecards and reviews.
• Oversee domestic and international sourcing initiatives and ERP-driven visibility.
