Hygiena LLC in Camarillo, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and production scheduling, ensuring material availability and on-time delivery. You will manage PO placement, supplier performance, and daily KPI tracking, coordinating across Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Customer Service.

This hands-on role requires 5–7 years in procurement/planning, a strong ERP/MRP background, and advanced Excel skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field; APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement, production planning/scheduling, or materials management in manufacturing.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience supervising buyers, planners, or schedulers.
• Experience with MRP logic, PO management, scheduling, safety stock, and inventory control.
• Experience managing supplier performance, expediting, and shortage recovery in fast-paced ops.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience and strong Excel skills for reporting.

Mansioni

• Manage buyers and daily procurement activities; own PO placement and expediting; monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure material availability to support the production plan; lead shortage reviews and recovery plans.
• Own production scheduling and prioritization to meet customer demand and service commitments.
• Execute replenishment plans to hit inventory targets and manage excess/obsolete inventory.
• Directly manage Procurement and Production Scheduling teams; set priorities and conduct reviews.
• Own daily KPI performance for the site supply chain and provide reporting to leadership.
• Drive ERP process adoption and data integrity across procurement, scheduling, and inventory.
• Support S&OP and new product readiness; manage routine customer supply issues.
