Job summary

Hygiena, based in Camarillo, CA, seeks a Supply Chain Manager to oversee daily procurement, production scheduling, material availability, and inventory replenishment. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience; APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, production planning/scheduling, or materials management in manufacturing (diagnostics/life sciences/regulated industry preferred).
• 2–3 years supervising buyers, planners, or schedulers.
• MRP logic, PO management, production scheduling, safety stock, inventory control knowledge.
• Experience with supplier performance, expediting, shortages recovery in fast-paced ops.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP and strong Excel skills for operational reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage buyers and daily procurement activities including PO placement, confirmations, and expediting.
• Ensure material availability to support production plan and lead shortage reviews and recovery.
• Own site production scheduling and short-term capacity balancing to meet demand.
• Execute replenishment plans to achieve inventory targets and manage obsolete inventory.
• Direct Procurement and Production Scheduling teams; set priorities and conduct performance reviews.
• Own daily KPI performance management and provide operational reporting to Director and site leadership.
• Drive ERP process adoption and data integrity across procurement, scheduling, and inventory transactions.
• Support S&OP execution and product introductions; manage routine customer supply issues.
