MANN+HUMMEL in Goleta, CA seeks a Supply Chain Manager to lead all site logistics, inventory control, production planning, shipping, receiving, and material flow activities. The role requires strong leadership in a manufacturing setting and expertise in material planning, ERP systems, and Lean methodologies.

You will drive continuous improvement, collaborate across Manufacturing, Sales, Planning, and Procurement, and ensure alignment of production with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, materials management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP; Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead all site logistics, materials management, inventory control, production planning, receiving, warehousing, and shipping functions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing methodologies throughout the supply chain and logistics operations.
• Support inventory reduction initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency and customer delivery requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Operations teams to optimize material flow and inventory strategies.
• Ensure effective production planning and level loading to support inventory optimization and operational efficiency.
• Develop PFEP and replenishment strategies, and standardized material flow processes.
• Monitor and drive KPIs including inventory turns, fill rate, on-time delivery, material variance, and overall supply chain performance.
• Lead logistics and transportation support activities, including carrier-related concerns and transportation management processes.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulations related to forklifts and material handling equipment.
