Job summary

Hygiena in Camarillo, CA, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead daily procurement, production scheduling, material availability, and inventory replenishment. This full-time exempt role requires hands-on leadership coordinating across Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Customer Service to keep the site running smoothly.

You will manage the Procurement and Production Scheduling teams, drive KPI performance, and own P/O placement, supplier performance, and short-term capacity balancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field; APICS certification preferred.
• 5–7 years in procurement, production planning, or materials management within manufacturing.
• 2–3 years supervising buyers, planners, or schedulers.
• Strong Excel and ERP/MRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage buyers; purchase orders; supplier performance; escalation process.
• Ensure material availability; lead shortage reviews; recovery plans.
• Own site production scheduling and short-term capacity balancing.
• Execute replenishment plans; manage inventory; obsolescence actions.
• Direct Procurement and Production Scheduling teams; set priorities; performance reviews.
• Provide KPI reporting; maintain data integrity across procurement, scheduling, and inventory.
• Lead ERP process adoption and continuous improvement projects.
• Support S&OP and new product readiness; manage supply issues.
