Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented procurement professional to manage material procurement analyses, supplier relationships, and MRP-driven planning. The role spans North America and Asia, with responsibility for accurate PO issuance, cost changes, and inventory risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in IT, manufacturing, or supply chain operations, strong negotiation skills, and advanced Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5–7 years in IT, manufacturing, supply chain, or related operations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand forecasting and logistics.
• Analytical, with knowledge of MRP and demand/supply drivers.
• Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct material procurement analyses and align with material planners.
• Perform MRP project analyses to secure approvals and SLA compliance.
• Review material requests and provide visibility into inventory risks.
• Issue purchase orders to support production needs.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships for stable supply and pricing.
• Monitor supplier delivery, quality, and inventory levels.
• Provide PO ETA updates and escalate issues; support production schedules.
• Manage inventory lifecycle and handle excess or EOL items.
• Oversee North America and Asia suppliers and BPO teams for data entry.
• Own cost change activities for pricing accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
