Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Director in the Bend-Redmond, OR area. This top operational executive will own the total strategic direction, P&L accountability, and safety and quality standards for a high-mix manufacturing site.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and deep knowledge of Lean manufacturing, TPM, APQP, and SPC to drive productivity, workforce performance, and long-term profitability.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• 10+ years in progressive leadership in complex manufacturing environments.
• 3+ years as Plant Manager, General Manager, or Site Director.
• Deep knowledge of Lean, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, APQP, and SPC.
• BS in Engineering, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide P&L and strategic leadership for the site.
• Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement across the site.
• Oversee production scheduling, material flow, capacity planning, and TPM for high-complexity product lines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR) to ensure compliance and safety.
• Develop and retain a high-performing leadership team and foster a safety-first culture.
