Job summary

Hobson Associates is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead operations at a Central Nebraska manufacturing plant. You will oversee all supply chain functions, drive cost savings, and implement process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize product flow, planning, and availability. A strong background in manufacturing and 10+ years in leadership are required.

Relocation support is offered along with bonus and long-term growth incentives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain leadership (manufacturing required).
• Knowledge of purchasing, production planning & scheduling, shipping, receiving, and warehousing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
