Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Manufacturing Director in Bend, OR to serve as the top operational executive responsible for the site's strategic direction, operational performance, and P&L accountability. You will lead production, engineering, supply chain, quality, EHS, and maintenance to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture standards.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in complex manufacturing environments, including 3+ years as Plant Manager, General Manager, or Site Director.
• Deep operational command of Lean manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, APQP, and SPC.
• BS in Engineering, Operations, or related technical field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Full P&L responsibility experience with a track record of margin expansion and supply chain efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• P&L & Strategic Leadership: Manage site budgets and CapEx; establish multi-year manufacturing roadmaps.
• Operational Excellence: Drive Lean transformation and CI culture using Lean frameworks and Value Stream Optimization.
• Complex Manufacturing Execution: Oversee production scheduling, material flow, capacity planning, and OEE.
• Cross-Functional Management: Lead EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Maintenance, and HR for compliance and safety.
• Talent Development & Culture: Build and retain a high-performing leadership team; foster safety-first culture.
