Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated seeks a senior supply chain leader to oversee production scheduling, materials management, and logistics. You will drive on-time delivery, manage inventory accuracy, and lead cost-effective purchasing with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include leading the production planning team, interfacing with suppliers, and ensuring SOX-compliant controls while advancing safety, quality, and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with 8-10 years related experience.
• CPM or CPIM certification required.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong safety and quality program support.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct production, distribution center performance, and on-time shipping targets.
• Manage raw material inventory levels and cycle count program.
• Lead purchasing, supplier scheduling, and supplier performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across supply chain areas.
• Supervise 3–8 managers and professional staff in the Supply Chain Department.
