Job summary

Amentum is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Supply Manager to oversee supply planning, demand management, inventory, requisitioning, materiel availability, and integration with distribution and sustainment activities in support of SOCPAC at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive supply management or logistics experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in supply planning, inventory, requisitioning, and sustainment.
• Experience leading complex supply operations.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, briefing, and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of inventory, stock accounting, supply, logistics, or related experience.
• DoD stock accounting or supply experience.
• Military logistics or supply experience.
• Experience supporting audits and property accountability.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have an active Secret security clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.
• CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level supply management expertise and advice.
• Develop and oversee supply management strategies and processes.
• Analyze supply requirements, demand, availability, and risks.
• Coordinate supply operations across regional and distributed locations.
• Integrate supply requirements with distribution, transportation, warehousing, and procurement.
• Identify supply vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
• Advise government leadership on supply readiness and performance.
• Develop policies, procedures, SOPs, assessments, and decision-support products.
• Support exercises, contingencies, and operational planning.
• Mentor supply personnel and provide technical leadership.
