Job summary

Amentum is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations supporting JTDC and logistics missions for SOCPAC at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

You will lead a team and ensure safe, accurate materiel accountability across planning, storage, and distribution. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field, 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; High School Diploma with 10+ years experience.
• 5+ years warehouse, distribution, supply, or logistics experience.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse/distribution-center operations.
• Experience managing inventory, receiving, storage, shipping, MHE, safety and accountability.
• Familiarity with USINDOPACOM and Indo-Pacific mission priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required for clearance.
• CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, staging, issuing, shipping, and disposition of materiel.
• Supervise personnel, assign workloads, establish schedules, ensure training and safety standards are met.
• Ensure accurate visibility and accountability of Government and contractor property, equipment, supplies, and materiel.
• Conduct inventories and reconciliations while monitoring storage capacity, utilization, material flow, and throughput.
• Integrate warehouse activities with transportation, procurement, supply, and theater distribution requirements.
• Plan for surge, deployment, emergency, and distributed logistics requirements, including rapid receipt and redistribution.
• Enforce Government, contract, safety, property, transportation, and Amentum requirements; support audits/inspections.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports; analyze warehouse performance and implement process improvements.
• Identify and implement technology, automation, data analytics, autonomous systems, and other capabilities to improve warehouse visibility and mission readiness.
