Job summary

Custom Control Sensors is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead purchasing, planning, warehouse, and shipping/receiving. You will ensure material availability, optimize inventory, and drive supplier performance, cost control, and risk management.

The role builds the function by establishing policy, standard work, and a clear management cadence while developing team capabilities for long-term success. MBA preferred and 9+ years of related experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• Nine or more years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing, including four or more years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, planning, warehouse, and shipping & receiving to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement policy, standard work, and measures for the supply chain function.
• Manage supplier performance, cost, and risk; drive continuous improvement and change leadership.
• Oversee integration of ITAR/DFARS requirements and ensure compliance across the function.
