Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a Supervisor, Supply Chain/Materials Management to oversee all supply chain operations at the Phoenix facility.

You will manage sourcing, receiving, stocking, replenishment, and inventory control while aligning with the organization\'s financial goals. The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare supply chain, experience with Oracle SCM and point-of-use technology, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred; 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare supply chain required.
• Experience with point of use technology and Oracle SCM preferred.
• Experience with MS Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all aspects of supply chain operations including sourcing, receiving, stocking, periodic automatic replenishment, inventory control, etc.
• Supervises and manages staff and ensures appropriate staff coverage to provide continuity of operations
• Analyzes workflow processes and functional departmental systems design, making recommendations for improvement and executing necessary changes
• Assists in the management of disaster supplies and processes, ensuring facilities are prepared
• Provides performance guidance, mentoring, and development of staff; ensures achievement of employee goals and metrics
