Job summary

FPC Franchise in Phoenix, AZ seeks a high-energy Director of Supply Chain to drive a transformational scale-up across three global sites. You will lead a 15+ person team and standardize procurement and strategic sourcing processes to deliver a TCO mentality.

We are looking for a KPI-driven leader with Lean manufacturing experience and a proven record of inventory optimization, cost savings, and supplier performance improvements during periods of rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading supply chain/procurement during rapid growth.
• Proven KPI-driven leadership with inventory, TCO and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Drive a TCO mentality and standardize procurement and sourcing globally.
• Lead a team of 15+ across 3 global manufacturing sites.
• Transform tactical procurement into strategic sustainable procurement.
