• Advanced Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

• Design end-to-end supply chain strategies across procurement, production, inventory and distribution.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels and cost performance.
• Manage direct reports and lead cross-functional projects with Finance, Sales and Operations.
• Develop KPI reporting and governance to monitor milestones and risks.
• Oversee supplier/vendor management, including price negotiations and benchmarking.
• Support NetSuite process implementation and optimisation across the operation.
