Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for an on-site role in Highland Park, IL. You will own end-to-end supply chain initiatives, spanning procurement, production, inventory, forecasting, logistics and distribution, reporting to the Vice President of Operations.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain management, strong people leadership, and extensive NetSuite experience. Expect a fast-paced consumer products environment with travel to facilities and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain management within consumer products.
• Experience leading direct reports and teams.
• Extensive NetSuite knowledge with implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end supply chain strategies across procurement, production, inventory and distribution.
• Lead cross-functional projects with clear plans, milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Use data analytics to drive measurable operational improvements.
• Improve demand forecasting, stock management and replenishment strategies.
• Manage supplier/vendor relationships including price negotiations.
• Develop KPI reporting and provide visibility of performance and risks.
• Travel to production facilities and suppliers as required.
