Job summary

Ilocatum in Highland Park, IL is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to build and scale a full end-to-end supply chain as the family-owned beverage company grows.

The on-site role leads procurement, production, inventory and logistics, improves forecasting, negotiates with suppliers, and builds KPI reporting while driving NetSuite optimization and leading a growing team reporting to the VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain management.
• People leadership experience.
• Hands-on NetSuite expertise and implementation experience.
• End-to-end procurement through distribution experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• ERP integration experience (Nice-to-have).
• Beverage alcohol or CPG industry experience (Nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy across procurement, production, inventory, and logistics.
• Improve forecasting and replenishment processes.
• Negotiate with suppliers and build KPI reporting.
• Drive NetSuite optimization and lead a growing team reporting to the VP of Operations.
