Job summary

The Panther Group seeks a skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead site-level supply chain operations in Wisconsin, focusing on procurement, planning, supplier management, and inventory control within electronics manufacturing contexts.

You will mentor a procurement team, drive cost reductions, optimize ERP/MRP processes, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve delivery, quality, and overall operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7–10 years of progressive supply chain management experience.
• Experience leading a procurement or supply chain team.
• Aerospace and defense manufacturing experience preferred.
• APICS or ISM certification preferred.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level supply chain operations including procurement, planning, supplier management, materials planning, and inventory management.
• Develop and execute strategies to support operational objectives, cost management, quality, and delivery performance.
• Mentor and develop a high-performance procurement team emphasizing accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials and services for manufacturing.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
