Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Fort Worth is seeking a Senior Operational Business Analyst to deliver financial and operational insights, driving performance and efficiency in a distribution center environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or 4 years equivalent work experience
• 3+ years experience in Finance or Accounting
• Logistics industry experience preferred
• Advanced accounting knowledge: P&L and balance sheet
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for Accounting and Finance activities (month end close, payroll, receivables, payables) and for operational metrics (warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, throughput reporting)
• Lead discussions on billing, strategy, and budgets with customers (GM support)
• Support complex budgeting, KPI penalties/incentives, gain-share/pain-share discussions
• Interact with multiple sites/customers; provide information on customer invoices
• Audit vendor payables and obtain approvals prior to payment
• Support Kronos setup to ensure accurate hourly activity reporting
• Prepare month end close accruals and reclass entries
• Assist with accounts receivable/payable processing and PO reconciliations
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to operations and finance teams
