Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned supply chain and operations leader to drive optimization across warehouse, distribution, and logistics functions. You will lead multiple client engagements, guide teams, and ensure measurable outcomes while coordinating with engineering, HR, finance, and senior stakeholders.

You will design change management plans, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development through solution development and proposals. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, industrial engineering, consulting, or operational improvement.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements or operational improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with client or business leadership, including senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of operations improvement programs across distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in labor standards, work measurement, time studies, and performance management.
• Analyze processes to identify efficiency, cost, quality, and safety improvements.
• Manage client engagements and cross-functional project teams across operations and engineering.
