Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Business Management or significant equivalent experience.
• Experience with LEAN Six Sigma process improvement principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Observe and learn processes for labor standard development using Lean, Six Sigma, and ergonomics.
• Define and write elements, create time study templates, and calibrate the time study team.
• Educate associates related to performance management and time tracking.
