Job summary

The Supply Chain Planning Supervisor at Tljus in Commerce, CA will lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply and inventory, and will report to the SCM Planning Team Manager. Strong analytical and process-driven skills are essential to drive alignment and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years in SCM, logistics, or purchasing.
• Deep knowledge of SCM or logistics and inventory management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning activities, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Develop strategies balancing service levels, cost, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate and manage the monthly Sales and Operations Planning process across cross-functional teams.
• Analyze capacity utilization and identify bottlenecks or risks in the supply chain.
• Track KPIs such as logistics cost, inventory days, returns, disposal, and stockouts.
