Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America seeks a first-line supervisor for shipping and receiving warehouse operations on the designated shift. You will direct Team Leaders and Team Members, manage staffing, and ensure alignment with TPS and kanban processes to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating hiring, monitoring attendance, enforcing company policies, and driving continuous improvement across the warehouse by leading KPI tracking and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Function as a first-line supervisor over team leaders and team members.
• Plan and coordinate hiring and placement of team members; monitor staffing, hours, overtime, and absenteeism.
• Understand, enforce and improve compliance with all company rules and practices; take corrective action when warranted.
