Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a senior CI/Automation leader to drive complex continuous improvement programs across multiple sites. You will define engineered standards, analyze automation feasibility, and mentor engineers while coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading pilots for AMR and robotics, developing ROI models, and guiding governance across the network. Strong data analytics and ERP integration experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering or related field; 4+ years in 3PL/warehouse environments; Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt; proven delivery of engineered standards and CI/automation results.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery and business case for automation: KPI baselines, throughput modeling, risk mitigation.
• Lead cross-site standards program: methods, SOPs, audits, sustainment with governance.
• Architect WES orchestration logic with WMS/WCS and LMS; define task interleaving, release rules, exception handling.
• Run pilots (AMR, GTP, robotic case picking) with safety zoning and change management plans; develop phased rollout.
• Implement advanced analytics: predictive dashboards, capacity planning, and labor modeling.
• Coach engineers/managers; establish CI portfolio management and benefits tracking; present to stakeholders.
• Provides leadership for complex engineering projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned
