Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Implementation Engineer (REMOTE) to support new client and new facility implementations across the CEVA Contract Logistics network. The engineer maintains layouts, ensures readiness actions are completed, tracks capital investments, and applies CEVA LEAN and Continuous Improvement standards with the project team and local operations to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include site setup, slotting and replenishment strategy, coordinating IT and WMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Logistics & Distribution designing/implementing new facilities.
• 3PL experience required; e-commerce and omni-channel fulfilment exposure.
• Experience in building utilities and infrastructure for material handling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solutions Design to understand data assumptions, solution design, and procurement needs.
• Lead site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution and process optimization in the fulfillment center.
• Define slotting and replenishment strategy and communicate insights to operations.
• Coordinate with IT and WMS configuration for location naming, work zones and routing.
• Validate pricing assumptions and develop operational reporting for visibility and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Training to ensure accurate work instructions for facilities.
