Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Specialist in Reporting to support Network Planning by building structured reporting frameworks and dashboards, driving data-informed decision making across the function.

The role focuses on data gathering, analysis, and communications, with collaboration across analytics and planning teams to ensure timely, actionable insights. Expect leadership responsibilities and opportunities to advance reporting maturity within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain or related Order to Cash (O2C) area preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced PC skills, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a structured reporting framework for Network Planning, including requirements, data sources, and KPIs.
• Validate data accuracy and implement cleansing processes for reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to resolve data issues and ensure data availability for reporting.
• Develop a deep understanding of Network Planning reporting needs and insights.
• Partner with planning and execution teams and senior management to ensure reports add value.
• Track and analyze Planning KPIs across NUSA and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Provide training and support on reporting tools, techniques, and best practices.
