Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Specialist in Reporting to support Network Planning by building structured reporting frameworks and dashboards, driving data-informed decision making across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain or related Order to Cash (O2C) area preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced PC skills, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

A Senior Specialist in Reporting is responsible for supporting the Network Planning function with an emphasis on creating structured reporting and processes across all Planning. This role focuses on developing and implementing reporting frameworks, processes, and tools that effectively communicate insights and drive data-informed decision-making. They work closely with the team to gather and analyze data, develop structured reports, provide actionable insights, and support reporting through the Command Center toolkits.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement a structured reporting framework for the Network Planning function, including reporting requirements, data sources, and KPIs.
• Understand the data and accuracy feeding Network Planning reporting tools and implement data validation and cleansing processes.
• Collaborate with Analytics teams to resolve data-related issues and ensure data availability for reporting purposes.
• Develop a deep understanding of Network Planning reporting needs and the insights provided to team members.
• Partner with planning and executional teams, senior management, and other departments to ensure reporting adds value and supports business decisions.
• Track and analyze Planning KPIs across NUSA and maintain dashboards and reports highlighting performance and improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and support on reporting tools, techniques, and best practices.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or related Order to Cash (O2C) area preferred.
• Proven record in motivating team members and demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and personnel at all organizational levels.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting large amounts of data and developing recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Advanced PC skills, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve issues, and take initiative.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to drive change and challenge the status quo.

Salary:$100,983.91 to$141,888.15 per year

Thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
