Job summary

Dorman Products seeks a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics to design and build reporting, data models, and analytics for Supply Chain teams. You will convert SAP and other data into trusted reporting assets, supporting digital transformation and operational decision-making.

The role is hands-on, producing dashboards, data models, and automated workflows, collaborating with Procurement, Demand Planning, Customer Experience, and Logistics to align analytics with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain analytics, reporting, or related roles
• Proficiency with SQL for querying and shaping data
• Advanced proficiency with Power BI (DAX, Power Query)
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP APO preferred
• Experience with ERP data structures and data modeling
• Ability to automate and build maintainable reporting solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric / OneLake ecosystem is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics across Supply Chain functions
• Build and govern reusable Power BI semantic models
• Develop data transformations using Power Query (M) and DAX
• Model data from SAP ECC, SAP APO, and OneLake/Microsoft Fabric
• Lead automation efforts to streamline reporting using Power Automate
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
• Develop and track KPIs across procurement, planning, distribution, and logistics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytics
• Contribute to enterprise migration toward Power BI and standardized data models
• Stay current on best practices in supply chain analytics
